Payment pages

A page to sell from, with nothing to build

Give your menu, your event or your cause a page of its own, with a cover picture and the questions you need answered. Customers choose, pay by MoMo or card, and every order lands in your dashboard.

What it does

  • Products with pictures, prices and stock that counts down
  • Event tickets, each with a QR code to check in at the door
  • Donations with amounts to tap, any amount, and a goal
  • Questions for your customers, answered before they pay
The problem
A link for one price can't hold a menu, a ticket list or a fundraising goal.
Best for
Anyone with more than one thing on offer: food, events, causes.
You can count on
Every order, ticket and gift is on record, with the customer's answers.

Three kinds of page

Sell, sell tickets, or raise money

  • Products

Up to 50 products, each with a picture, a price and, if you like, how many you have. Customers choose how many of each.

  • Event tickets

Ticket types like Regular and VIP, when and where it is, and a ticket with its own code and QR code for every person.

  • Donations

Amounts to give with one tap, any amount if you allow it, and a goal that shows what's been raised.

  • A cover picture

A photo across the top and a description, so the page looks like your business before anyone pays.

  • Questions before they pay

Up to ten: a delivery address, a T-shirt size, a dietary need. Pick from a list, a number, or a short answer.

  • Share it anywhere

Every page has its own xtopay.me address and a QR code in your colour, for WhatsApp, posters and flyers.

Products

A menu people can order from

Put today's menu, your new collection or your price list on one page. Customers add what they want and pay once for the lot.

  • Stock counts down, and what's left shows from 10
  • Two people can't both pay for the last one
  • Every order with the customer's answers

  • One ticket per person, each with its own code and QR code
  • Type the code, or find the name, to check someone in
  • Each ticket gets in once, and anyone on your team can work the door

Questions

What's the difference between a page and a payment link?
A link takes one amount: a price, or whatever the customer chooses. A page holds several things to buy, tickets or a fundraising goal, with pictures and questions.
What happens when something sells out?
It shows as sold out and can't be ordered. When every item has sold, the page says so.
How do customers get their tickets?
By email, as soon as they've paid, with a link to each ticket and its QR code. They show it at the door.
Can I pause a page?
Yes. Anyone who opens it sees that it isn't taking payments, and you can turn it back on later.
